March 22nd. World Water Day Kinder Olivos
During the last week in Kindergarten, we have been working on water uses and how to save it and use it wisely. For this purpose we asked children to tell us what actions they take at home. We received so many posters and pictures we ran out of space to hang them all up!!! On Tuesday morning, during our assembly, one five year old group dramatized different actions and scenes of every day life where conscious use of water was implied. Another five year old group danced to the well known music of the composer Smetana, who got inspired in the Moldave River. Finally the last group sang a song related to water day. An inspiring morning to reflect and act with social responsibility, for adults and young.
